CRP Group expands "custom production"

5th April 2013
CRP Technology, company of the CRP Group, has now added a large frame laser sintering system to its arsenal of tools for 3D Printing: The 3D System's Sinterstation Pro 140 that will be operating from mid April.

This new machine represents an important continuation of CRP Technology development. The larger system will allow the team at CRP to produce the largest Windform parts and components, due to the increased volume of the new Sinterstation. The machine has a capacity of 140 liters and the working area measures 550x550x460mm. In addition the machine will also employ a digital scanning system, including real-time LASER monitoring and calibration, intelligent thermal controls, a rapid change module, and an integrated recycling station.

CRP Technology will be able to produce both production components and prototypes directly from STL CAD interface, assuring the maximum freedom to produce complex designs. CRP continues to foster a new revolution in both manufacturing and product development.
