CRP companies offer the Windform Full service (WFF) including:
Windform® powders sale (minimum quantity purchase order is 120kgs)
Setting up and training at customer’s site, in order to ensure Windform® powders state of the art employment at the highest quality standard
The training held by our skilled technician is mandatory and includes:
A detailed and "tailored" description of all sintering procedures (stock, handle of the drums, load, print, unload, clean, bond, post process, paint). Practical session with the creation of several printings in order to perform direct operations over parts
Custom printing parameters and configuration files
The full consultancy on recycling procedure of the "overflow" powders for obtaining high quality results as from Windform standard
Duration: 5 days, 8h/day per each material
